The Finance My Home and Top of the Ladder Monthly Prize Draw (the "Competition") is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over, except employees of Finance My Home, Top of the Ladder, and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
For referrals to be considered valid, participants must provide Finance My Home with the contact email of the person being referred. Only referrals resulting in successful re/financing transactions will be eligible for entry into the draw.
The Competition will run monthly for the months of August, September and October, with each month's draw occurring at the end of the respective month.
To enter the Competition, participants must meet one of the following criteria:
- Refer a friend for refinance with Finance My Home to be eligible for a chance to win a $250 voucher for gutter cleaning from Top of the Ladder.
- Refinance a mortgage for under $750,000 through Finance My Home to be eligible for a chance to win a $250 voucher for gutter cleaning from Top of the Ladder.
- Refinance a mortgage for over $750,000 through Finance My Home to be eligible for a chance to win a $500 voucher for gutter cleaning from Top of the Ladder.
Only one entry will be accepted per person per month. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable.
Winners will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by Finance My Home.
The winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date of the relevant month's draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Finance My Home reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Finance My Home's decision in respect of all matters to do with the Competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this Competition, participants agree to allow Finance My Home to use their name and entry in any promotional material, including but not limited to social media posts and website content.
The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
The promoter is Finance My Home, whose registered office is at Suite 10/3 Barker Ave, Como WA 6152.
Entry into the Competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
